It pulls listings from multiple sources, classifies and scores each one against configurable criteria (raw land, distressed and fixer deals), and surfaces the best opportunities on a simple dashboard. Self-contained: a single static binary with an embedded database, no fragile dependency stack.
What it demonstrates: software pointed at real-world assets — automating the tedious search so capital and attention go to the right deals.
