# Woodhouse LLC

> A family business, built on AI — Hands-on from silicon to software. Woodhouse LLC is a family technology business in Sparta, MI, building AI systems, wireless networking infrastructure, and property-tech. Project write-ups are capability-level, not internal detail.

## Capabilities
- [AI Systems & Agents](https://woodhousellc.com/capabilities/ai-systems/): Grounded AI applications, agent orchestration, and the infrastructure that keeps models reliable in production.
- [Embedded & Wireless](https://woodhousellc.com/capabilities/embedded-wireless/): Wireless networking infrastructure and embedded firmware — transport layers, routing, and radio modems for long-range, low-power connectivity.
- [Property-Tech & Ventures](https://woodhousellc.com/capabilities/property-tech/): Data-driven property investing and short-term rental operations — software that finds, scores, and runs real-world assets.

## Work
- [aiReunite](https://woodhousellc.com/projects/aireunite/): Using AI to match missing people with unidentified persons.
- [aiPlatform](https://woodhousellc.com/projects/aiplatform/): A governed data foundation with a grounded AI assistant.
- [Inference Gateway](https://woodhousellc.com/projects/ollama-gate/): Reliable, self-healing model serving on shared GPU hardware.
- [PropertyFinder](https://woodhousellc.com/projects/propertyfinder/): Automated deal sourcing for real-world property investing.
- [Wireless Networking Infrastructure](https://woodhousellc.com/projects/wireless-networking-infrastructure/): The networking stack for long-range, low-power wireless — from radio firmware to transport and routing.
- [Agent Orchestration](https://woodhousellc.com/projects/repo-monitor/): Coordinating AI agents across many repositories automatically.
- [Family Rental Ventures](https://woodhousellc.com/projects/family-ventures/): Operating real-world short-term rentals, backed by our own tooling.

## Insights
- [When should a monitor think? Rules vs. AI for watching machines](https://woodhousellc.com/insights/monitoring-rules-vs-ai/): A threshold catches a machine that's already broken. Watching for degradation — a geothermal loop losing efficiency, a reloader drifting out of spec — is where monitoring graduates from simple rules to AI.
- [A High Powered Portable Nebulizer](https://woodhousellc.com/insights/high-powered-portable-nebulizer/): Prototyping a portable nebulizer that delivers pressure and air volume on par with full-size units — a case study in rapid design and 3D-printed prototyping.
